Jim Griggy is currently a certified business advisor for the Small Business Development Center at the Summit Medina Business Alliance. Before joining the SBDC, Mr. Griggy was employed by SRA International, the franchisor of Sanford Rose Associates executive recruiting offices.  His last position with SRA was director of finance where he was in charge of accounting, finance, franchisee compliance, risk management and intellectual property.  Jim served as a volunteer consumer arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau where he arbitrated disputes arising from automotive purchases and home remodeling projects.  He also served on Board of Examiners for the 2011 and 2009 cycles of Ohio Partnership for Excellence – the state level Malcom Baldrige program.
